Lisa Coltart joined BC Hydro in June 2005 as Director of Finance & Business Services, Distribution and was appointed to Director of Power Smart in August 2006 and in November 2009 moved into the role of Executive Director of Power Smart & Customer Care where her strategic priorities are conservation, energy efficiency, and offering extraordinary value and service to customers.

Previously, Lisa was Vice President, Finance and Corporate Secretary of General Hydrogen, a private fuel cell company. From 2000 to 2001, Lisa was the Director, External Reporting with Crystal Decisions, a US software company. From 1996 to 2000, she was the Director of Internal Audit and Risk for Fletcher Challenge Canada, a large public pulp and paper company. From 1989 to 1996, she worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers, latterly as a Manager in their Advisory Business Practices group. Lisa Coltart also served on the Board of Directors of the Vancouver Community College as Chair of the Finance Committee from January 2003 – September 2009.  Lisa is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.
