Don Roberts is a Vice-Chairman of CIBC Wholesale Banking, and Managing Director in Investment Banking.  He is responsible for the bank’s corporate lending, debt and equity financing, M&A advisory and trading activities across the Renewable Energy & Clean Technology sectors, and provides senior coverage for the Global Forest Products Sector. He was previously ranked among the top equity research analysts in the global paper and forest products industry over a 15-year period.  He was also the Chief Economist for the Canadian Forest Service.

Mr. Roberts is also an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Forest Resource Management at the University of British Columbia (Vancouver); and sits on the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee,  Rights and Resources Institute (Washington, D.C.); and, serves in an advisory capacity for a range of government, industry, and NGO groups.
